Project inquiries
The project brief stays in your browser until you choose to continue to WhatsApp. The site does not submit your brief to a VIVA web server or store it in a leads database. WhatsApp receives the information you include when its service opens. You must press Send in WhatsApp to contact us.
Direct communication
If you contact VIVA by email, telephone, Instagram or WhatsApp, we use the information you share to respond and discuss your project. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a project brief.
Preferences and hosting
The website stores only your language choice in local storage. No advertising trackers or optional analytics are installed. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. Fonts and brand images are served locally.
